Mitacs

Mitacs Globalink Research Internship is open for undergraduate students to take part in the program under the guidance of faculty members of Canadian University. Research Internship for 1-3 months which is a competitive initiative in the fields of science, engineering and mathematics to the humanities and social sciences for international undergraduates from Australia, Brazil, China, France, India, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and Vietnam. Applicants are paid an amount Up to approx 7000$CAD which covers Travel and accommodation.
S.N. Bose

To nurture future innovators and thought leaders, the Science & Engineering Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India, the Indo-U.S. Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF) and WINStep Forward have partnered to develop a dynamic and transformative student exchange program between premier institutions in India and the United States. The program is named in honor of Satyendra Nath Bose (1894 - 1974), a visionary Indian physicist best known for his work on quantum mechanics in the early 1920s. The class of particles that obey Bose-Einstein statistics, Bosons, was named after him.
DAAD

The DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) or German Academic Exchange Service is a German national agency and the largest funding organization in the world. It provides scholarships to both International and German students to live, study and research in Germany at an affordable cost or free of charge. DAAD scholarships are offered at all levels – undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD, and to all individuals, including academicians as well as researchers; and in all subjects, including Technology, Management, Performing Arts, Architecture, Literature, Science & Engineering and Public Policy.
TIGP

This program typically takes place during July and August. However the dates can be changed by the host PI upon request. Ideally, the qualified intern will be hosted by the PI of his or her choice. At the end of the internship, interns are required to submit a report and/or give a presentation about their research projects. Upon completion of each intern’s project, an evaluation report will be filed by the host scientist, which may later serve as a supportive document towards application for admission to TIGP.
Charpak

Charpak Research Internship Program, 2018 is open to students of economics, engineering, and natural science background at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level of study in India who are planning to pursue training in a French laboratory during their academic break (May to July) in any field of study for 310 euros/ month, visa fee, medical insurance and housing.
Khorana

The University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW) is launching the Khorana Program for Scientific Exchange. Dr. Har Gobind Khorana, who won the Nobel Prize in 1968 for his work at the interface of chemistry and biology while a member of the UW faculty, has generously agreed to lend his name to this program.The Khorana Program will provide opportunity to Indian students to undertake research at University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW) for a period of 10 weeks. Khorana Scholars Program for Students from India to Study at UW-Madison B.Tech, M.Tech, and M.Sc. students currently enrolled in recognized institution of higher education in India in the areas of Biotechnology including agricultural and health & biomedical sciences are invited to apply for scholarships for summer research at UW-Madison.
